**Data Entry Operator**

**Job Summary**:
Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering data into computer systems, verifying accuracy of information, and updating and maintaining databases. They must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent data entry and typing skills. The Data Entry Operator will also assist with various clerical and administrative duties. The job requires excellent typing and computer skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Input data into computer systems quickly and accurately in timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks including verifying, correcting the data
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in other clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain data security and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in other computer-related tasks as needed
- Follow instructions and processes accurately
- Ensure all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner
- Resolve any discrepancies in data
- Regular Update the work information to higher authority
- Generating reports and Following data entry protocols
- Tracking and Organize and store data in an efficient manner
- Assisting with financial tasks & other administrative tasks as needed
- Monitoring data entry workflow & data reconciliation is must
- Scanning the all the documents and save in pc
- Troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues
- Answering customer inquiries
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Follow established procedures for data entry
- Performing data backup and archiving
- Provide customer service and support when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of database management systems

**Skills**:

- High speed data entry with Accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of data security and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail & Previous data entry experience
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines & Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of data entry standards and procedures
- Ability to work with accuracy and speed

**Office Timing**: 10 am to 7.30 pm

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
