**Job Title: Hospitality Staff**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations and payments.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with setting up and servicing events, meetings, or banquets.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant, bar, or banquet hall.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or carry heavy objects.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service principles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a bonus.
