**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting doctors with procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to deliver the best care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow hospital policies and adhere to standard nursing practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- **Experience**: 1-5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred (Freshers may apply).
- **Registration**: Valid registration with the Punjab Nursing Council.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts (day/night).
