
Computer Operator Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and handling office logistics.
- **Software Management**: Utilize a variety of software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, FarVision, or industry-specific software) to manage tasks, generate reports, track projects, and coordinate with team members.
- **Data Entry & Management**: Input, update, and maintain databases, files, and records in a digital format. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered.
- **Document Preparation**: Create, format, and proofread documents such as reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and memos. Familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
- **Project Support**: Assist with project tracking, timelines, and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Assist with minor technical issues related to office software or systems and escalate more complex issues to IT support.
- **Inventory Management**: Track office supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary materials.
- **General Office Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including digital file organization and physical office space.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Proficiency in Office Software**: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- **Knowledge of Specialized Software**: Experience with industry-specific software such as FarVision, CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot minor software or office equipment issues and seek solutions independently.
- **Organization Skills**: Strong ability to organize files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn new software and systems as required for the role.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with specialized office software like FarVision, Salesforce, or other industry-specific tools.
- Basic knowledge of IT or troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative assistant role.
**Educational Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Certifications in office software or administrative support are a plus.
