Position - Junior Account Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support senior account executives and managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings and internal use.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Track and report on account performance, metrics, and client feedback.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Tally (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- 2 years of work experience minimum in general accounting
- Accounting entries, GST, TDS account related services

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
