**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centre's
- Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes.
- Timely Maintaining of excel sheet of voucher payment as per requirement from MD
- Every Saturday - weekly reports/ status of cheque disbursement details
- All jobs assigned by MD/ BOD

**Qualification & preferred Skills**:

- Education Background - B.Com, 1 Years of Experience
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- GST Returns: 1 year (required)
- TDS Returns: 1 year (required)
- Bank reconciliation: 1 year (required)
