**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum **12th pass**:

- **Age**: 23+ years
- **Driving License**: Must have a valid **two-wheeler driving license**:

- **Punctuality**: Should be disciplined and **punctual with work timing**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of **laptops, computers, projectors, and TVs**:

- **Language Skills**: Must know **English, Hindi, and Gujarati** (reading, writing, and speaking)
- **Work Commitment**: Minimum **6-month contract**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update **employee records, attendance, and work schedules**:

- **Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of workers**:

- Handle **payroll processing, salary disbursement, and wage calculations**:

- Ensure **compliance with labor laws and company policies**:

- Manage office **documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork**:

- Coordinate with different departments for **smooth workflow**:

- Address **employee grievances** and maintain a **positive work environment**:

- Handle **day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
