Salesforce Certinia

**Key Responsibilities**:
Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, billing, and services delivery.

Design and implement Certinia solutions across modules such as Accounting, PSA, Billing, or Revenue Recognition.

Customize and configure Salesforce and Certinia using Apex, Flows, Lightning Components, and SOQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in finance, operations, and IT to drive end-to-end automation.

Perform system testing, data migration, integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and UAT support.

Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues and enhancements.

Provide documentation and train end-users on Certinia processes.

**Must-Have Skills**:
Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including 2+ years hands-on with Certinia / FinancialForce.

In-depth knowledge of Certinia modules: Accounting, PSA, Billing, or Revenue Management.

Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and SOQL.

Understanding of financial processes and data structures.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.

**Good to Have**:
Salesforce and/or Certinia certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer, Certinia Specialist).

Experience with third-party integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of multi-currency, global finance processes.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
