Attending to customer leads and explaining the project which includes variant feature, specification location etc. to enable customer to visit the site.
- Convincing customer for site visit, arranging of meeting with the marketing head /management.
- Engage and understand customer’s requirement and provide solution and answers based on individual’s requirement.
- Meeting with customer at site and giving a complete walkthrough of the project explaining the projects details.
- Maintain positive customer relations.
- Attend seminars/exhibitions/marketing events to promote the project to potential customer.
- 4 to 5 years.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, Sales, and or related field.
- Prior experience in real estate sales would be an added advantage.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 4 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- White Field, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- White Field, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
