**General Tasks**:
- Coordinate between all parties directly and indirectly responsible for the transfer of the client.
**Specific responsibility / day to day activities**:
- Coordinate according to the movement chart.
- Coordination with all Airport Representatives, transport vendors, drivers and guides.
- In charge of Incoming calls / queries after office-hours and coordination with SBU’s and their H.O.D’s.
- Should be prompt in communicating all messages/changes in schedules/duties to and from operations / representatives / airport authorities / airlines etc.
- Should co-ordinate with various airport representatives and file handling staff and be the in charge of the office (in case of night shift).
- Provide client feedback received from airport representatives, to the file handlers.
- Should ensure that the team is adequately trained to provide excellent service to the clients.
- Monitoring the work of individual representative and of the team.
- In charge of maintaining and providing essentials required ( Paging board, Name badges, documents kit, EDC machine etc.), Also maintaining the records for the same.
- Should have good knowledge of brand specific requirement.
- Responsible for cross checking and clearing the vouchers of all CSEs.
- Should be responsible for monitoring the schedule flights / Trains and inform CSEs accordingly.
- Responsible for maintaining the records of things received by CSEs from clients and delivering the same to FHEs.
- Responsible for mini cash locker available at office and maintaining cash records.
- Responsible for cross verifying the misc. expenses occurred during the transfer and timely informing to the ops team for providing the reimbursement.
- Submit Incidence report as per monthly MIS structure.
- Should be in charge of ensuring a smooth transition from one shift to the next.
