Account Executive

All Day-to-day Inventory Update in tally ERP and verify with physical stock.
- Daily Basis Generate Purchase order and Match with Invoice and Physical stock received, Moniter rate difference between previous and current rate after that report to accountant.
- Compare purchase rates between similar stocks venders.
- Proper maintain filing and registers of all Inword outward materials. movement. and other office files properly filed and maintained.
- KOT Checks routine basis and Maintain reports in Excel
- Day to Day management of Company Finances and Accounts.
- Performing Paperwork and maintaining of payments and bills.
- Strong Background of Excel and Tally ERP.
- Ability to multitask and perform other office works.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- All day-to-day Accounting, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Vouchers, monthly Bank reconciliation Statements, Invoices etc. in Tally Prime
- Sound knowledge of Tally ERP9 & Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel
- Excellent communication & written skills
- Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Verify UPI payments to sales reports and Bank accounts.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
