**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing property sales. You will actively promote and market residential, commercial, or rental properties to potential buyers and investors. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the local property market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct meetings, property site visits, and negotiations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

2. Sales and Marketing

Present and sell properties to potential buyers.

Stay updated on market trends, prices, and competitor activities.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Market properties through online platforms, advertisements, and events.

3. Property Knowledge and Presentation

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of available properties, including features, pricing, and terms.

Coordinate property staging or renovation efforts to enhance appeal.

4. Documentation and Compliance

Assist clients with legal paperwork, agreements, and financing options.

Ensure adherence to real estate laws and company policies.

5. Reporting and Analysis

Track sales performance and report progress to management.

Analyze market data to identify new opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a similar industry (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive negotiation and closing abilities.

Good knowledge of the local property market.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Pay: ₹9,300.76 - ₹29,676.11 per month
