We are looking for **DIAMOND ASSORTER** for Gainful Gems and Jewels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diamond Grading**: Assess and grade diamonds based on the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Clarity, and Colour) using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- **Sorting**: Sort diamonds into categories based on quality, size, and other relevant criteria.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all diamonds meet our high standards of quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the procurement and design teams to ensure the right diamonds are selected for various jewellery pieces.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing diamond inventory, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using diamond grading tools and software.
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers.

**Personal Attributes**:

- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for diamonds and the jewellery industry.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in our Jaipur Sitapura.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Certification in gemmology or a related field from a recognized institution.

**Experience**
- Experience: Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in diamond grading and sorting.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
