**Title**: Admission & Student Counselor

**Role + Location**: Always able to network and get to target market in a subtle, classy manner without being in-the-face and convert extremely well; able to lead teams in time; Work from office and with clients.

**Reporting to**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Capabilities**: Sales tactics; networking; customer satisfaction; starts to complete and gets the job done; always pleasing personality; forthright without being in the face; never warps facts; able to truthfully convert enquiries into sales.

**Thinking**: Tactical, networking oriented; understands how to connect the dots to get things done, is conscious of the positioning and designs around it, about things important to MusicPandit

**Execution**: Able to consistently create droves of leads and convert systematically into sales

**Personality & Attitude**: Responsibility and accountability, self-starter, leader, self-motivated, disciplined, positive, honest. Must want to continuously learn and improve.

**Education & Experience**: Need to have experience, hands-on knowledge of converting digital and physical enquiries into real opportunities and sales thereafter; can craft sales processes to assist in getting the job done; experience in guiding students for the right courses.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
