**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **proactive and organized Junior Project Coordinator** to support our Australian construction projects from our Mohali office. This role involves **client communication, supplier coordination, and project documentation** to ensure smooth operations. You will act as a bridge between clients, suppliers, trades, and our Australian project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Coordination**:

- Guide clients through colour and material selections.
- Maintain selection sheets and ensure timely approvals.
- Keep clients updated on progress.
- **Supplier & Trade Liaison**:

- Raise purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Communicate with trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) for scheduling.
- Follow up on issues or delays and escalate if needed.
- **Project Support & Documentation**:

- Track orders, deliveries, and client approvals.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, invoices, and selection sheets.
- Support the Australian team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
- **Reporting & Tracking**:

- Prepare weekly status reports on selections and supplier orders.
- Highlight risks, delays, or issues to the Operations Manager.
- Support payment processing by summarizing supplier/trade invoices.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in **Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Business Administration** (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in **construction support, client coordination, or supplier/trade management**.
- Strong **English communication skills** (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of **construction materials & processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho/Asana or similar tools**.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
