**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote company products/services over the phone.
- Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or designated tools.
- Handle customer objections and work towards conversion.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Punjabi
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
