- Explain property offerings, ongoing projects, and investment opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Answer queries related to property features, pricing, locations, legalities, etc.
- Build rapport with prospects to maintain long-term relationships.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule site visits or meetings with sales agents.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM tools.
- Track follow-ups and update client interest status.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Regularly call interested leads to nurture and push them down the sales funnel.
