**Your Focus**
As Junior Customer Service Representative, you will interface with customers and multiple business and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and profitability to Chemist Box. By Building successful relationships, you pull together and align multiple internal resources and capabilities, toward the goal of zero-defect customer satisfaction.

**The role is in the office in Patna based.**

**How you contribute**
Documentation
- Issue raised by client or audit team or any other source, we need to scrutinize & give proper resolution
- Follow up with customers for getting the proper resolution & asking for rating.

MIS Reports
- Maintain the excel of query received & solved

Display Customer Advocate Leadership
- Require the desire and determination to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Realize and anticipate how events and trends are likely to affect the customer’s future needs and satisfaction.
- Meet the demand of customer requirements through an appropriate sense of urgency, with competing priorities.

- Demonstrate persistence in overcoming resistance or objections leads to conflict resolution and reaches win
- win agreements.
- Use the help of seniors to make decisions and take action that improve performance in their area of responsibility.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the companys services need improvements
- Catering to customer phone calls
- Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
- Empathize with your customers
- Understand your companys products and services
- Never leave them waiting & Show respect in all customer relations
- Outbound & Inbound call handling

Accountability for Action
- Demonstrate urgency, acts promptly and quickly removes roadblocks while assessing multiple opportunities
- Require prioritization by impact, and accountability for taking actions that keep things moving forward.

**Requirements**:
**What you will need to be successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance or any other relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in the customer care section
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player who enjoys working in a team, but who can also push forward topics alone and independently.
- Be proactive in follow up and resolving the complete matter
