**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
**Experience: 2-3 Years**

**Qualification: Diploma / IT/EC/Computers or of similar field / Graduate**
- Strong hold on maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video equipment and arrange online meetings.
- Operating software to control AV technologies.
- Technical understanding of AV and IT systems and ensure maximum uptime.
- Should understand the cabling, and system requirements of AV technologies.
- Interpersonal and robust communication skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of wifi, internet, access profile.
- Maintain inventory, diagram, warranty status and documentation of complete setup.
- Make daily call/task/tracker sheet about duties handled
- Firmware upgradation and routine maintenances.
- Coordinate with vendors, IT team and other departments on need base.
- Help IT team in basic operation and troubleshooting needs on routine basis.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
