Bean Stalk Theory (BST), a place where innovations are made through passion and creativity of the team. BST is a creative vertical of CAVITAK Marketing Pvt. Ltd. which is into branding, advertising and marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality static graphics aligned with business goals and brand identity.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for impactful designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by collaborating with teams.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining creativity and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas.
- Organize and maintain a structured portfolio of design assets.

Requirements:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design expertise.
