Job Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Load and unload workpieces onto the machine, and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs for the machining process.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure that it is running efficiently and producing high-quality products.
- Make adjustments to machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain product quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure that they meet required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, such as tool wear, tool breakage, or machine malfunctions, in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete production reports and maintain documentation of production activities, including material usage, tool changes, and machine downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines in a manufacturing environment.
- High school or equivalent (12th pass) or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in machining or related field.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code, and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficient in setting up and operating CNC VMC machines, including tool selection, fixture setup, and programming adjustments.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, for quality inspection.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common machine issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation to ensure accurate and precise machining.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing production requirements and schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
