Job Title: Data Scientist

Exprience : 3+ years (excludes training/intership)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Collection & Management**:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency for analysis.
- **Data Analysis & Exploration**:

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- **Model Development & Machine Learning**:

- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, and clustering.
- Train and test models to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Implement and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- **Data Visualization**:

- Create meaningful data visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- **Collaboration & Problem-Solving**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business analysts) to understand business objectives.
- Translate business problems into data science problems and deliver solutions through data-driven insights.
- **Continuous Improvement & Innovation**:

- Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and technologies in data science and machine learning.
- Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools used in data analysis and model development.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Document analysis processes, models, and findings for future reference.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on key metrics and business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s or PhD is often preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- **Statistical Knowledge**: Strong foundation in statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
