**Hiring Tele Sales Officer II Fresher & Experienced**

**Position Title**:Tele Sales Officer
**Reports to**:Team Leader
**Function**:Sales & Operations
**Location: East of Kailash Delhi**
**Age Limit**: 18yrs
- 30yrs
**Interview Timings**: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm
**Interview Type**: Face to Face

**Job Description**Reach out to existing and potential customers.
Offer solutions based on customer needs and requirements
Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
Handle Inbound & Outbound calls
Domestic process + Day Shift
**Interested leads will be provided by the company.**
**No cold calling or random calling.**
**Leads will be from interested customers.**
Day shift - Fixed timings.
Its a 6 days working company. Sunday off.
Fixed salary + High incentives.
Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)

**Knowledge, Skills and Attitude**:Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
Should have good Hindi communication skills.
12th pass /Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
Should be very confident and presentable.
Fresher also welcome
Energy levels should be high
**Qualification and Experience**:Undergraduates with Experience in telesales.
Fresh Graduates or experience with relevant field maximum Upto 03 years.
**Compensation & Benefits**:Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 14,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
