**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region, focusing on expanding the brand’s presence in retail outlets, supermarkets, and distribution networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key clients to ensure continuous sales growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Promote and introduce the brand’s ghee and oil products to potential clients, educating them about product quality, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and retailers to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across sales channels, ensuring optimum stock levels at retail points.
- Collect customer feedback, handle complaints, and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and in-store branding to boost sales.
- Provide detailed sales reports, including performance analysis, customer insights, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Ability to travel frequently within the sales territory.
