**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the company website (WordPress/other CMS) for content, SEO, UX, and performance.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve search engine rankings.
- Run and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), ensuring strong ROI.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics across campaigns and digital platforms (using GA4, Search Console, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Generate regular performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and website management.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and Website handling.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integration.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion rate optimization.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
