**Position Overview**:
This is an **evening shift position (2 PM to 11 PM)**, ideal for professionals looking to gain exposure to **global accounting and international clients**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations.
- Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Coordinate with senior accountants and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all accounting records.
- Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresher with good knowledge may also apply).
- **Software Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in **QuickBooks, Xero, or Tally** (training will be provided if required).
- Good command over **Microsoft Excel** and data management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and time management are essential.
- Team player with a professional work attitude.

**Working Hours**:

- **Shift Timing**: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
