**Senior Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing Agency**

**Location**: Vile Parle E, from office Mon-Friday

**Experience**: 2-3 years in a digital marketing agency

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and feedback
- Oversee and manage all phases of the design process, from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions
- Design original graphics, illustrations, infographics, and multimedia assets for digital campaigns and print materials
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across all projects
- Review and refine work produced by junior designers to maintain quality and alignment with project goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and AI advancements, integrating new techniques into workflows
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of graphic design experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in at least three of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work, including campaign and branding projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in client-facing roles or presenting creative concepts.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
- Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to evolving creative technologies.

**To Apply**:
