**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to approach potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Organize and attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and suggest improvements based on results.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma holder or a degree holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
