Input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, or other data management systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records of entered data and ensure that all information is up-to-date.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports based on collected data.
- Perform routine data backups and ensure the security of confidential information.
- Communicate with team members or departments to clarify any data-related questions or issues.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Min 12th Pass
- Proven experience in data entry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, scanners, etc.) is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Excel, Word
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹11,081.07 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
