We have opening for the **Data Entry Operator**

**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Job Location** : Airoli ,Navi Mumbai.

**Salary**: 15k to 22k Per Month.

**Educational Qualification**: B.Com

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in the **Civil Industry**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
**1.Plant Operations (70%)**:

- Accurately enter and maintain data in Tally, Excel, and Panta software on-site.
- Monitor and record daily production and inventory data.
- Collaborate with plant staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies in the plant.

**2.Head Office Operations (30%)**:

- Prepare reports and documents based on plant data for management review.
- Assist in maintaining databases and records at the head office.
- Collaborate with team members at the head office to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Support administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Civil Industry.
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and Panta.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a bike for commuting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of civil industry terminology and processes.
