Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
- Follow up Enquiries, Send Proposals & Follow ups
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide technical support to customers on software development related issues
- Work closely with the software development team to identify and resolve customer issues
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the software development team to improve the product
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction levels
- Conduct customer training sessions and webinars
- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to increase revenue

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer relations, technical support, or software development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
