**Job Title**: Embedded Tester

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Debug, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs to component level.
- Perform testing and validation of embedded systems and hardware components.
- Identify, analyze, and document issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware development teams to ensure product quality.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of motors, relays, and other electronic components.
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any repair/modification activities.
- Suggest improvements based on testing outcomes and customer feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience in **PCB debugging and repair**.
- Demonstrable experience in **testing of embedded systems**.
- Solid understanding of **basic electronics** including motors, relays, sensors, and similar components.
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and schematics.
- Proficient with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience (freshers with strong practical knowledge can also be considered).
- Knowledge of firmware flashing, embedded debugging tools, or microcontroller programming is a plus.
