**_JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES: _**

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITIES _**
- _Support in the execution of the NCD health literacy intervention and related activities in the selected geography _
- _Provide supportive supervision to all community-based project teams and other members _
- _Support in maintaining an M&E system for the project and incorporate regular feedback through field visits and discussions _
- _Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of implementation activities and submit regular reports to stakeholders. _
- _Enable a regular conduct of review of all the crucial milestones of the project, to ensure the alignment of technical activities with project timelines and milestones _
- _Support all necessary documentation and knowledge products in collaboration with SHRC for dissemination. _

**_QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE _**
- **_Academic Specialisation: _**_BDS/BAMS/BHMS with Master’s degree in Public Health/ Healthcare Administration or related field. _
- **_Experience: _**_At least 2 years of experience in the project implementation areas in the healthcare segment. _
- Experience in developing research tools and implementation. _

- _Good spoken and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and ability to conduct presentations, and articulate options and positions concisely. _
- _Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities required _

- _Excellent interpersonal, behavioral, and soft skills, ready to learn and adapt to the situation. _
- _Knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and trends. _
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize and manage projects under pressure. _
