**Role Overview**:
S&M Tech is seeking a motivated **Field Sales Executive** to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions. The role involves engaging directly with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and supporting them in adopting sustainable energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits and outreach to generate leads.
- Present rooftop solar solutions to prospective customers.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Meet monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Possession of a valid driving license and two-wheeler is preferred, but not mandatory.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving targets.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- CTC: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
- Performance Bonus: ₹1,000 - ₹3,000 per month.
- Sales Incentives: Up to ₹50,000.
- Cell phone reimbursement and travel allowance.

**Probation & Confirmation**:

- The position will begin with a **1-month probation period**.
- Upon successful completion of probation and performance review, the employee will be **confirmed as a regular employee** with continued benefits.

**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Travel Requirement**: Up to 50% local travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
