Plainview Ctm Administrator

Reporting directly to the Lead IT Project Manager and working as part of the CTM support team, the Planview Enterprise One Business System Administrator to support the design, implementation and ongoing support of the platform. This administrator will be responsible for maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting CTM and PRM modules - end-user work requests, help desk tickets, process changes, and regular system maintenance.

Manages end user requests (e.g. system access requests, reports, research requests, job scheduling, etc.) and provides data analysis and queries to support IT and other business initiatives

**Education**

(degree / diploma)

Bachelor's degree required Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Informatics or Engineering, other majors to be considered on an individual basis

**Experience**

3+ years of experience in using and maintaining the information within Planview E1 CTM (aka Troux) or other similar SaaS PPM

EA platform administration or configuration experience

**Knowledge and skills **(general and technical)
- Detailed understanding of the CTM data model and configuration options
- Experience in managing automated data feeds into E1 CTM is a plus
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and priority set
- Effective communicator
- SQL knowledge
