**IT Sales Operations Executive (B2B) (Exp: 2 Years)**:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of the B2B sales process and technology landscape.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Power BI is an advantage.
- Quick learning and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a collaborative setup as a team player.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Market Research.
- Identify and research target accounts aligned with Bilvantis’ service portfolio.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to build and refine prospect databases.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Client Outreach & Proposal Support.
- Support senior team members in preparing client-facing communication, decks, and proposals.
- Participate in early-stage client interactions and note key business needs.
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for solution alignment.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for ongoing opportunities.

**Sales Operations**
- Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date lead, account, and activity information.
- Prepare MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track key sales metrics.
- Ensure visibility into outreach performance and help improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows.
