**Job Title: Receptionist/Secretary**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression of our company
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take accurate messages
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-presented
- Offer information about the company, its services, and provide directions to visitors when needed
- Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, filing, and other duties as assigned
- Maintain security by following company procedures and controlling access through the reception desk
- Keep relevant staff informed about the arrival of clients or visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as phone systems, photocopiers, and fax machines
