**Job Summary**

We are hiring **freshers** who are passionate about **influencer marketing, social media, and skincare**. As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will work closely with influencers, support brand campaigns, and help increase our visibility across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns
- Identify relevant influencers (micro, macro, mega) for skincare promotions
- Contact and coordinate with influencers for collaborations
- Track influencer content and performance (likes, views, engagement)
- Help manage content approvals and reporting
- Stay updated on trends and formats across social media
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BBA, MBA preferred)
- Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and influencer culture
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi
- Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Well-organized, energetic, and willing to learn
- Internship or college project experience in digital marketing is a plus

**Schedule**:

- Day shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays off / optional (as per team policy)
