**Job Title: Admission Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Application Processing**:

- Ensure all required documents and information are complete.
- Collaborate with academic departments to assess applicant qualifications.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students.
- Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with academic advisors and faculty to assess applicant qualifications.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote admission events and initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with high schools and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and information sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for on-campus and virtual recruitment activities.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information.
- Generate reports on admission statistics and trends.
- **Admission Policies**:

- Stay informed about changes in admission policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related area is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
