**Job Title: Sales Advisor (Fresher)**

**Job Summary**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident **Sales Advisor** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about customer interaction, communication, and achieving sales targets. Training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers by providing product/service information.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in reaching overall business goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome; 0-6 min experience acceptable.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
- Positive attitude, learning mindset & confidence.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and good at follow-ups.
