Personal Trainer/fitness Instructor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Personalized Training**: Develop customized workout plans tailored to the individual goals and fitness levels of each member, ensuring a safe and effective path to their fitness journey.
- **Group Classes**: Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, including strength training, HIIT, yoga, spinning, and more.
- **Member Engagement**: Provide motivation, support, and guidance to gym members, fostering a positive and encouraging workout environment.
- **Assessments**: Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Safety & Injury Prevention**: Educate members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to minimize the risk of injury.
- **Nutritional Guidance**: Offer basic nutrition advice to support members’ fitness goals, complementing their workout routines.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that all gym equipment is in excellent working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up with the latest fitness trends, training techniques, and certifications to provide the highest quality service to our members.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with the gym management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as a fitness trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
