**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow regularly.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Maintain ledgers, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory returns (e.g., GST, TDS etc.).
- Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) to maintain and update financial data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
