**(German Language Expert - Finance & Accounts)**

We’re looking for an organized and self-driven Accountant to join our growing team at our company.

**Daily and Weekly Responsibilities**
- Communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Resolving Accounting queries of customers and suppliers.
- AP Invoicing from mailbox (sent by the controllers).
- AP invoicing from mailbox (sent by the suppliers).

(a) Checking of Invoice.(b) Sending for approval to the controllers.(c) Recording of invoice after approval.
- Checking paid / unpaid AP invoices.
- Maintaining and updating excel file for payment of AP invoices.
- Creditors accounts reconciliation.
- Supplier Credit notes accounting.
- Records for despatch.
- Communication with Vendors regarding the Invoices.
- Inkasso Management.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Indian GAAP.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
- Additional experience in Audit and International accounting.
- SAP knowledge preferable.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
