Job Summary:
As a Travel Telecaller, you will be the voice of our travel agency, responsible for reaching out to potential clients and assisting them with their travel needs. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales by offering relevant travel packages and services that align with the client’s preferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online inquiries, and other marketing strategies.
Client Communication: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell travel packages and services.
Sales Pitch: Present and explain travel options, packages, and deals to clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to ensure successful conversion of leads.
Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding travel services, packages, and itineraries.
Booking Assistance: Assist clients in the booking process, including handling reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related arrangements.
Data Management: Record and update client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and travel consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Experience in selling travel packages or services is an advantage.
**Skills**:Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident sales approach.
Basic understanding of travel packages, destinations, and industry trends.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
