**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**:
**Sr. Server Support - L3**

**Shift Timing**:
**Rotational Shift (24*7)**

**Responsibilities**:

- All Windows Server End to End OS Management (Windows 2012/16/19) - Installation, Configuration, Hardening, Troubleshooting etc
- Antivirus management - Epo administration & Troubleshooting of Antivirus Definitions & Monitoring and Logging for Security violations Scripting
- Patching - MS Patch management though WSUS\Cisco AMP
- Good working knowledge in DHCP and DNS Services
- Basic knowledge and understanding on Storage (Dell, EMC, NetApp etc) and File services
- Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation
- Good understanding Vmware administration
- Good working knowledge in SCCM
- Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
- Daily BAU L2 Calls Support on Windows Server Family infrastructure
- 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting

**Primary Skill Set**
- Windows Server End to End Management

**Secondary Skill Set**
- Fluent in English.
- Good verbal and Written Communication
- Good Team player, work with senior team members, conduct technical session, mentoring L1 / L2 team members
- Ability to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- ITIL Awareness.
- Exposure to ticketing and monitoring too;
- Expected to work on rotational shift as per the organizational needs and be available to be on
- call on a rotational basis including night shifts

**Experience**:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Windows Server (Windows 2012/16/19)

- Good/Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)
- Team player, Self-Starter and resourceful
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to achieve customer satisfaction

**Education**:

- 15 years of formal education from UGC recognised institution.
- Windows Server Certification in 2012/2016/2019 or CCNA preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
