**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing daily schedules, customer communication, and documentation.
- Coordinate between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Handle order processing, follow-ups, invoicing, and after-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and ensure data accuracy.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or supply chain team for replenishment.
- Support in organizing promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer events.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with sample requests, pricing quotations, and product information.
- Follow up on payments and resolve billing issues in collaboration with the accounts team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Positive attitude and a team player.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty industry trends.
- Experience in working with retailers, salons, e-commerce platforms, or distributors.
- Understanding of inventory and supply chain processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
