**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads with retail businesses, contractors, interior designers, and architects.
- Promote our full range of retail display products, fixtures, shelving, and fittings to new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide custom solutions that align with their brand and store layout.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product samples to clients.
- Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to project/delivery teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications and industry trends.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand client base.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality of custom requests.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and client communication.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, ideally in retail fixtures, commercial interiors, or related industries (construction, shopfitting, display systems, etc.).
- Strong understanding of retail store layouts and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or CAD plans (a plus).
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
