Job Description**
You will be right at the heart of matters as you will be expected to provide a variety of administrative and customer support related duties for the company. This person will be expected to continually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressure while providing fanatical customer service.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a customer support agent for our customers.
- Respond to requests through calls for information in a timely, professional and positive manner to develop strong customer relations.
- Providing information about a product or service
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience when handling tough cases.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical bent of mind to isolate a problem quickly.
- Have proven experience in the same domain.
- **Education-**
B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA/ Any Graduate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹34,940.20 per month
