As a Restaurant Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will work in a dynamic and friendly environment, providing top-notch service to our valued patrons.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in understanding the menu and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers' tables.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests.

**Food Preparation and Handling**:

- Prepare food items according to OChicken India's recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed during food preparation and handling.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain an efficient flow of orders and minimize waiting times for customers.

**Cleanliness and Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Ensure proper sanitization and hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of the restaurant.
- Regularly check and clean restrooms to ensure they are well-stocked and presentable.

**Cash Handling**:

- Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash transactions with integrity and maintain accurate records.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist other team members when needed, including kitchen staff during busy periods.

**Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote special offers, combos, and seasonal items to customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Encourage customers to join loyalty programs or subscribe to newsletters for future promotions.

**Compliance**:

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Follow local health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of both staff and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and cash handling.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is desirable.
