Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the restaurant team for efficient operations. - Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and guest service. - Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. - Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control. - Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability. - Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. - Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Café/Lounge/Bar management is mandatory. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work across multiple outlets if required.
